Artist Rights⚜️ I the artist retain the right to post the commission onto social media or portfolio UNLESS discussed otherwise⚜️ I the artist retain the right to PERMANENTLY blacklist anyone who breaks my Terms and
Conditions⚜️ I the artist do not consent for MY work to be uploaded or used for any NFT, AI, or Cryptocurrency in ANY way ( results in permanent blacklist and blast on my account )⚜️ I do not consent for my work to be used for commercial use without proper payment ( read the commercial rights section )⚜️ You the client UNDERSTAND that if you break my T.O.S. And i ban you from my commissions ( or blast your account ) YOU understand you went against my T.O.S. And by commissioning me and have agreed to these punishments!!Commercial Rights⚜️ If a commission is to be commercial use it is to be spoken about and i will add the commercial use fees on top of the regular cost of a commission. ( usually click the commercial use it will be $50 to $100 more my PNGtuber Art already have commercial fee included )⚜️ If a commercial use commission is used for any of the previously mentioned AI, NFTs, or Crypto it will results in permanent ban on my commissions, block, and blast on my storyPayment & Refund Policies⚜️ Full payment upfront once sketch phase has been cleared.⚜️ once a commission is finished there will be NO refunds.⚜️ Refunds will be based on how much work i have already done. If i have finished flat colors it will be Half refund, if i have finished rendering the character it will be 25% refund and so on.( situations may have different refund %’s )⚜️ Chargeback will result in a block, permanent ban from my commissions!Commission Process⚜️ I will contact you once i choose to go along with your commission request and you will have 48 hours to respond back to me before the process begins. If you have not responded back i will consider your slot forfeited and move onto someone else’s request.⚜️ I will begin with the sketch phase, in which the client is allowed unlimited changes of the sketch before i add.⚜️ I will then do the lineart and go over the color pallet with the commissioner, i will also allow 2 small edits to the lineart portion⚜️ Once i begin rendering i will not allow any further changes to the commission.⚜️ Depending on if the commissioner wants a simple background i will also allow 2 changes to the background ( adding plants, patterns, etc. )Will/won’t draw✅ irl people
